Donsoft was commissioned by YDreams in partnership with Petrobras and F1 Team McLaren to deliver a VR experience that was debuted at the Rio Oil and Gas Event. The event took place September 24th - 27th, 2018, and is the largest event of its type in Latin America pulling together companies from the entire supply chain. Petrobras plans on displaying the immersive platform at future events moving forward.
The experience called "Super Formula" was created where 3 players became robotic avatars working together to build an F1 McLaren car and then prepare a special Petrobras fuel for the car. Testing the fuel performance in the virtual F1 car, the users get to see how well it performed.
